Please remember these are enamel mugs, and part of their charm is that no two are quite the same. You may find slight imperfections of dimples, bumps and dots due to the nature of the product.

Please wash mugs by hand and don’t put us in the microwave!!

Our bags are machine washable, To prolong the life we recommend washing the garment inside out and as less times as you can, on a low temp (30 degrees)

Unfortunately we cannot accept returned personalised items unless they are faulty as we cannot resell them. Please double check personalised details are correct as this is what will be printed.
